Hi guys, new to the forum here

But seen as though VAG are not doing a great job of pinpointing this issue I thought I’d seek further help from a forum.

Uploaded below is a video, you can hear a distinct squeak when changing down shift and the techs have no idea what it is. They can’t recreate it but I can from time to time.
