My Black Beauty (RS4 B5)

As some of you know I bought Alps (audisrs member) car last year,
Knowing the turbos had failed, I gave the car to Gordon from GM auto services for a full overhaul,
I had the Turbos fully reconditioned by turbo dynamics, checked cam for any wear all clear, changed timing belt waterpump, clutch and flywheel, replaced all gaskets, upgraded to kw coilovers, had the wheels refurbished and powder coated to gloss black with 20mm spacers on the rear and 15mm on front., front cupra r splitter.
Spec wise it's more a less standard with a milltek cat back exhaust system and milltek downpipe also it has 8pot RS4 B7 brakes.
To Alps credit the car had been in really good condition it had been maintained by MRC for the last 10years so no corner had been cut.
The car is a pleasure to drive i had planed a road trip to Europe but due to the current pandemic have put it on hold till next summer.
I have booked it in for a stage 3 detail so will upload some more pictures later aswell,

, it's a real pleasure to drive, I've had a goodwood green before this but this one is something special credit goes to Alps he has kept her in really good condition plus with all the work that's been recently carried out it sure doesn't feel like a 19year old car! Next on the list is a stage 3 detail! Feel for Alps he sure hasn't got over it yet! Unfortunately for him this one is going to be a keeper for a long while yet!
