Audi probably won't pay in full but will give you a good contribution to a repair. I had my roof done and was given a great discount. If need be I can look through my history.
RS4 B7, Mugello Blue, K&W V3 & HR ARBs, set up by Centre Gravity, Milltek Valved Non Res & cat bypass pipes, BMC air filter, braided hoses, DOT 5.1, Terraclean, MRC Full Carbon Clean, MRC remap 448PS 477NM, 20" S7 alloys with 4mm spacers & Hawke spigots 66.6 > 57.1, AP Racing front discs. Sold Sept 2019. Now rocking an F80 M3

No I wasn’t expecting them to pay it all, just thought I would start the ball rolling. I’ll keep this updated and I’ll give you a shout if I get stuck or Audi don’t play nice :audibash:

Ditto...I only bought mine after the roof was done. Previous owner paid the delta.

Today was the first time the dogs were in the RS4. I kept putting it off but it was one of the reasons for changing my M3. Not quite the space they’ve been used to but more than enough for shorter runs.

Hi folks,

I have booked my car into Audi for the corrosion to be inspected, I will update when anything happens. I also got my window trims wrapped on Friday. I’m really happy with them and how it changes the whole look of the car. Excuse the filth but we were away this weekend.

Thanks, they’re not quite in the same league as the photobomber mind.

I have just ordered new washer jets, nothing exciting but all in the details.

Hi folks,

I took my car to Audi for them to have a look at the corrosion spots on my boot, unfortunately they don’t think it will be accepted as my rear window isn’t an original and they think the damage has been caused when it was cut out :audibash: I will update when I hear back but if it does get rejected, I’ll put it into my local bodyshop to sort out the rust spots, paint my window trims so they are right and possibly both bumpers but will see what the damage is first.

I done some debadging yesterday and got rid of the RS4 badges, 2 went well but one of the bump strip badges was stuck on with glue :bash: I have ordered a kill all wipers kit and I’m going to keep the rings until it’s on so I can decide to keep them or not.

Hi folks,

Just had autoglass out to try and do the right thing and sort a chip, unfortunately the chip has just turned into a crack :bash:

After finding out my rear screen isn’t genuine I have requested a genuine Audi screen. Now I am just waiting to hear from either autoglass or my insurance.

Sometimes wonder why I bother :audibash:

Hi folks,

After a lot of phone calls, Admiral wouldn’t authorise the fitment of oem glass and if I wanted to go ahead with it they wanted me to pay the difference that was £360  Supposedly if a car is over three years old, they won’t put oem glass in it.

I wish I had just left the chip well alone now but hindsight is a great thing I suppose. My new windscreen is being fitted next Saturday and thought it would be rude not to fit new wipers too. I also wasn’t happy with how my headunit was sitting so I had a play about with it and it sits a lot better now.

Loving the black window trims, makes it look so much better.
Why did you leave the rear rings on though? If you a going wiperless then then removal of the rear rings will give you a nice smooth ass.

and doesn't the removal of the door badges leave a rectangular indentation behind or is it all smooth?
