Try some Araldite?

I think I’m just going to sort it out when I get my steering wheel retrimmed. It was worth a shot though.

Hi folks,

Since fitting my new coolant reservoir I decided I wanted to get rid of the blue caps. I didn’t go for the Porsche or R8 caps as I felt they were too expensive for no one to see so I went for an VAG item, PN S5Q0121321. I’m happy with the result and cost me all of £13.20. I’m now looking for a washer fluid cap as I mistakingly ordered an R8 one thinking because the other caps fit, it would fit too but it’s for the smaller neck.

Hi folks,

I ordered a black windscreen washer cap and think it finishes things off nicely. All in the detail :kissmyrings:

Thanks, I think so too. I contemplated doing the brake fluid cap but you have to draw the line somewhere.

Thanks. I found one on Awesome GTI and I also found one on PSI Tuning. Ordered the Awesome GTI one through eBay.

Hi folks,

We were away at a farmhouse in Norfolk at the weekend with family and couldn’t resist.

Hi folks,

I was at Croft for the BTCC at the weekend which was fantastic. Made a weekend of it and on the Saturday I went out for a decent run. It’s been a long time since I have driven roads like it and have been able to drive hard for so long without any interruptions. I averaged 19mpg and took around four and a half hours, best £56 I have spent in s long time. I started in Middlesbrough and the list is what I put into google maps to make the route. Richmond, Grinton lodge, Hawes, (buttertubs pass) Thwaite, Brough, (hartside pass) Alston, Middlesbrough. It was brilliant and if you are anywhere near any of those locations I would urge you to do it. The roads and scenery are both stunning.

It was on the car when I bought it but I’m pretty sure it’s an rdx splitter without the side bits.

Hi folks,

I picked my car up from the body Shop last night, RJM body repairs in Stowmarket. I had the rust spots on the boot, quarter and gutter strips sorted and the near side rear door moulding painted after I took the badge off and it had been glued on. It had a full mop to get rid of some light swirl marks as well. I also bought new plates so got the body Shop stick the rear one on and asked them to leave the rear rings off. Not sure if it looks too bare or just right, will see in time. I’m delighted with the result and will probably be back later in the year to get the bumpers done.

Looking good after the refresh but I think it looks too bare at the back with no badges and the rear wiper delete.

Do you still have the rear rings and RS4 badge?
