Ok, so my rs4 is getting charged over the next month or so. Seems like a good time to start a build thread for others interested in this going down this route. Apologies for poor pictures, I should have took more along the way
From the start......
I had a mugello blue rs4 saloon with low miles for a few months, then I saw this one and had to have it.
09 plate saloon, 67k Miles. Miltek cat back non res. Black optics pack. Ticked all the boxes for me
Next stop was a visit to Mrc.
Gutted precats, Carbon clean, full service, stage 2 map
Well pleased with how it drove after this, but I soon got used to it.
Had a bit of a knocking front suspension, so off with the drc and a visit to Mrc again. H&r arbs with kw v3s, and some replacement arms.
Car stayed as this for a while as I was buying a house. Until the chance of a set of ceramic brakes turned up. I had to have these, so the deal was done and a few days later we swapped them over
The only thing left to do now was the tts supercharger, and this week deposit was placed.
So by mid September I should hopefully have a 600hp rs4
I've stuck a new Oem clutch and dual mass on for now, see how it gets on with new power. Original clutch was on 73500. New slave cylinder and robnics upgraded hose.

You might want to check those disks as it looks like thereโs a chip on one of them! And I swear once chipped theyโre good to go in the bin?

There is a small chip yeah. I did download the Audi guide for these brakes and it measures smaller than what they say is no good. Thankfully

No. TTS are having the car for few weeks, fitting the kit, extra oem parts, carbon clean and mapping.

Curious how this can be a 2009 registered B7?
Other than imports and a couple of Convertibles, registrations stopped in 2007.
Good luck with the mods.

Apparently itโs the one that sat in a showroom before being given to some Audi manager or something like that. Who knows.

Yes there was a very late registered car knocking around. Nice mods.

Took a trip to tts on Friday to meet Richard and drop my money off. Well impressed, they make everything in house, lots of different projects on the go. They really do know their stuff!
Luckily there was a rs4 In car park with their kit fitted, Richard opened the bonnet up, wow! It looks good in pictures, but it looks amazing when it's there in front of you! Really smart bit of kit

This is the right thing to do for anyone with a B7 RS4. The performance brings the car in line with modern rivals (the manual box keeps it in sight of modern twin-clutch stuff with lower outputs), instead of struggling to keep up with hot hatches.

Yeah I think it will be the right thing to do. It can only add value to the car

Does anyone know anything about the new 900hp rated charger they had in development?

Yeah I did ask them,
We believe our current kit pushes the car and engine as far as we would like to go. To run the new bigger capacity supercharger would entail strengthening every part of the engine and transmission so unless you have a very big budget its not worth venturing into.

That sounds like a money-no-object dream. Maybe throw in a dual-clutch 'box and a B7 with 900bhp would be pretty much perfect.

It does sound good, just need that lottery win first!
