OT .
But MartayMcFly I see you have owned a supercharged RS4 and now own a fettled RS3 how is it in comparison to the charged RS4 ?
The gearbox is the main difference, the RS4 was a lot more raw and with the tubi from a V8 I'd have to say it sounded better too. The RS3 is quicker though, and more 'chuckable'. The supercharger power is more linear though, even with the TTS/Rotrex centrifugal charger being basically just a belt driven turbo.

16k for a half second difference on quarter mile run and yes it’s half a second.
Charged RS4s have broken into 10s, 'stock' RS4s struggle to break 11s, that's more than half a second. And if you'd driven them both on a road you'd realise that there's a lot more to it than the 1/4 mile times.

Driven them all mate, I meant a stage 2 rs4 sorry. I have had them both side by side too rolling launch and it’s not WOW enough to do Iv been temped on doing it myself for ages but I can’t justify it.

So what's the verdict then mate?

Is it all done? Are you glad you did it?

Yes it’s all done. 611bhp and 630nm
I love it. It’s a totally different car now. So much quicker.
Really glad I did it. Yes it’s a lot of money, but I don’t intend selling.
It pulls so hard at 5k, 7k plus is crazy 😂

Very nice
Torque seems a bit low though, is it not 630 lb ft? That'd equate to 854 Nm which I'd reckon is about right.

No 630nm. That’s about all these kits make I think. I’m looking into a meth kit soon to free up some more power.
