I was worried about finding another one too but as someone rightly pointed out, every cloud....

I had the Polish scratchers give it a wash this morning after the motorway yesterday. It wants correcting it’s covered in swirls and small scratches but I’ll sort that out one weekend.

As with everyone I have ever come across it wants the bumper lifting but that’s no issue either.

The gap between the bumper and bonnet is too big, not been adjusted correctly when placed back on. Every garage gets it wrong.

So fill us in on the plans please. Looks clean and I would have though it would be staying OEM.

Presumed that's what you meant but did not know it could be adjusted? is it just the bumper or the grill surround too? And how hard is it to do? I think mines ok but I've seen some that are massive so I know what you are alluding to.

Just the bumper, grill is attached to it. When you take it off there are two adjusters one each side attached the aluminium bar across the front, just wind them up a bit and place it back on. Simple.

Is it easy to take the bumper off though? I've heard horror stories, or I may be confusing that with the lights.

Probably doesn't help that I've just had a pub lunch :drink: lol

Thats my thought too. Its too clean to mess with too much. I have the ceramics obviously and I will change to my RSNE2 and AMI. Going to go to town on the boot install for the stereo this time (it was nice last time but I have bigger plans now). I'll put my coilovers on once the DRC gives up.

I'm not sure about a remap this time, I don't think it gives you enough and I didnt like the agressive response on the accelerator when in sport mode.

I was going to chamnge it to Black optics but now I have seen it I think I am tempted to leave it alone. Was going to move my titanium mirrors and wheels over but they wouldn look right withought Black optics.

10 minute job once you have done it. 20 if you are not sure.

4 size 25 torx bit screws in each wheel arch and pull the liner back, 2 10mm nuts hold the bumper to the wings (need a long extension but easy to get once you do), then you pull the side of the pumper away from the wing, it's clipped in. 3 further torx bolts on the top of the grill holding it to the slam panel and its out.

from there lights are a further 2 torx bolts, one you'll need a long thin screwdriver with torx fitting on the end to get to, it's down a holw, disconnect the wiring from the light and the are out. One of the easiest jobs todo.

What horror stories have you heard?
