Right lads, update.
next was to sort the vac lines out, i forgot to take pictures of this. But all you do is "i think" is run the right hand side vac line that runs in front of the head to a T piece keep the one way valve in the line then take a feed off the supercharger and another feed off for a test point for when been mapped.
Also routed the oil in and out for the supercharger, these just feed near to the header tank for later on.

Next was to wire in the new air intake sensor, you wire this to the oem MAF sensor wiring. Next was to fit an seal the charge coolers in place and bolt the lid down.ImageImage
Once that was done i fitted the new fuel rail. To be honest this was a pain in the a** to get it all lined up basically it is all just so tight under there but i did it in the end. Image
Then it was time for the famous lid and the air intake pipe, this needed to be trimmed to fit nice but i think i took to much off so i may order an new one. The marks on the lid is from the bubble wrap Image
Next was to start on the pulleys, I done the alternator pulley as that was easy. The weight diffrence in this pulley is definitely noticeable as the old one is steel an the new tts one is aluminium, have not done the crank pulley yet as i need a 3 leg puller to get it off. Image
Also removed the SAI air pump as well beens that doesn't get used anymore. I removed the pipes aswell to the valves at the rear of the engine while doing that.

Dose any one know if the valves at the back of the engine need blocking off?

Luke, can you give us your impression of the kit and how it drives now compared to before, some real world experience please.

Thanks in advance.

Well it ran a 614ps at mrc had a couple of issues one been a injector fault even though i put 8 new ones in. :audibash: had a missfire at 7500 ish rpm but didnt do it every time. Also doug said the oem back boxes are restrictive so i will be changing them at some point,
But... driving home was brilliant i haven't drove the car because i have no licence due to the health issue earler in the year  a mate drove it home for me but as a passanger it is a completely diffrent car. You think 3rd gear is good standard. Supercharged is somthing else.

I remember him mentioning the back boxes when I enquired. With a new exhaust you should be up around 640?
