if you haven't done so already, perhaps remove the fuel pump fuse..
also noticed this the other day which looks like it might be useful:

Sorry to hear this

Young teenagers? Probably just after something simple to nick and sell, or something to nick and use (like mountain bikes). You got somewhere to move the RS4 to in the meantime, just just in case?

Give me a call and we'll stake your house out. Catch them, tie them up, take them 200 miles away, beat the liveing daylights out them, strip them naked and let them go.

Just set up a couple of claymore mines attached to a trip wire.....

On a serious note aren't there bollards, or something similar, that can be fitted to the end of your drive which can be folded down and locked into place?

Sorry to hear this, not a very nice thought. I’ve got a small breaker bar beside my bed in case of emergencies and both my dogs wouldn’t take too kindly to a stranger.

It's such an epic car - but it just doesn't get used any more - a couple of times a month at best, even then only if I'm making an effort to put it to some use.

I get my driving kicks from the R8 now. For family duties - we actually do most trips in the Golf. My wife doesn't like driving the RS4 as she's used to an auto now, and doesn't like the exhaust. The plan will be to sell both the RS4 and the Golf, and replace with an auto family car - perhaps a B8.5 S4 or S5.
Hey look at that - almost a year to the day since I “decided to sell”....never quite got round to that advert Image

Haha, good work!

You would only miss it once it was gone.

As long as it still gets used.....
