3 weeks seems quite a long time. The prep for these panels started on Saturday so they've had minimum 4-5 days in primer. I'm by no means an expert but that seems perfectly fine to me??

Yeah, me too. There were only 2 genuine Papaya’s this side of the pond. One, I think was wrecked and the other gained mystical status. It was owned by a professional photog.
