My new MAF rocks.

Not been on the forums for a while but just been trying to catch up with some of the threads and saw that me and my MAF were being mentioned in one of the chip discussions.
I can't believe what a difference a new MAF makes, the way the engine behaves is very noticable. The car now doesn't hang on to it revs for half as long, eg settles back down to idle a lot quicker. I even stalled it the other day as I wasn't giving it enough throttle whilst reversing up a slight incline [img]images/graemlins/roundeyes.gif[/img] It obviously doesn't expreience det any more either. It now revs cleaner and smoother than ever and the fuel consumption seems to have picked up a bit. If I'd not got it Revo'd I'd never had realised.
There were no error codes showing and it wasn't idling roughly, and was like that when I bought it.
I was lucky enough to try a good one out of another car before I forked out my £200 so If you're experiencing a weird problem then ask nicely and "borrow" one from someone else.
