Audi 4.2 40V - Forged piston rebuild?

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to know if anyone has or been involved in the rebuilding of the 4.2 40V V8 which involved forged pistons?

I am told the bores are coated in Nickasil and more than likely will not require a re-bore or hone just a simple deglaz, the question I have is are their forged pistons on the market which allow the use of the factory clearances?

I am planning upgrades to suppourt 800bhp (turbos, manifolds, injectors, porting etc) on my RS6 and would much prefer to not have to bore and sleeve the block if we can avoid.
