Where can i get some good high flow manifolds for my Rs ( with ceramic coat) ?? For the turbo's i would go for MRC one's.

ive just got some of the mtm cast manifolds that have been ceramic coated , the internal bore size is a lot bigger than the std manifolds.

Upgrade manifolds+turbo's for RS4 B5
