Well they dont call me Inspector Gadget for no reason.....

Anyway, have just splashed out on a Dashdaq that allows you to custom build real-time monitor for all OBD output feeds as well as diagnose/erase DTC codes (not as good as VAGCOM, but I already had that anyway !!).

Real easy to install and made good use of an old Nokia telephone bracket.

Monitor can be adjusted to include as many/few outputs as you want, along with a mixture of analogue/digital readouts. I just need to play around with the colours to get it to be OEM styleee.....

Comments welcomed...

Absolutely - you can set upper and lower limits for each measurement, and you will get flashing warnings lights (colours customisable...). Dashdaq are also working on an upgrade that will allow you to set an audible warning if any of the limits are breached..

Now Martin, thats a very rude question to ask...

The official RRP is $695 & $100 for Fedex delivery. However I paid a LOT less than that for a brand newie via UK fleabay...

Just about to try out the function that auto calculates 0-60, and 1/4 mile timings...It even displays a little drag-strip traffic light sequence...... :D

Can it handle alarms for things (like pressures) being too low?

yeah, you can configure warnings lights at any limit (min or max vaules). The next software update will allow you to add audio to these alerts.
