Help on converting Mass Air Flow from KKK to Garrett ??

Can anyone tell me the formula to convert from the KKK measurement of air flow to the Garrett measurement of lbs/min??

to look at i mean
thanks for taking the trouble to post the pics.....not sure wheather my good lady would allow my engine bits in the dishwasher though..LOL
is this the third rebuild on your car now?

Its all apart now, just cleaned it today ... rebuild in the next couple of weeks I hope!!
PS, first rebuild on this engine, the RS4 engine, but the car has gone through many transformations!
