Turbo Developments - Middlesex

Post by Mac_Xpert » Thu Feb 14, 2008 2:26 pm

Possibly the most unhelpfull company i have dealt with in a long time...

I have a pair of hybrid turbochargers supplied by them to the previous owner of my car. This puts me in a difficult position of not knowing exactly what has been done to the turbos.

Despite having their refrence numbers for the job, all the contact details of where the turbos were shipped to, contact details of the original customer and date of purchase, they are unwilling to go back through their invoices and find out what work was carried out.

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this rant, but based on my experiance i would not recommend this company to anyone - especially as there are lots of other tubo compnaies who bend over backwards to help you out.

I was going to go to them when I was thinking about hybrid K03's.

I fast went off the idea for this same reason.
