I am collecting too many turbos and doing jack sh!t with them! Thought I would take some pics side by side for comparison whilst I had them all together. From left to right, S4 (K03), RS4 (K04) and RS6 (K04).

The K03's look SO small! Not much in it externally between the RS4 and RS6 turbo's...

The hot side looks a lot beefier on the RS6.

What's attached to the K03? Is that the oil and water lines?

Yes it does. Apart from that though, I was surprised at how little the difference was to the RS4 items.

Yep, I got the K03s as I needed all of the oil and water lines for the RS4 units (which I have just had refurbished) but it costs a fortune to buy them seperately!

Have a look at this one. This is one of a pair of K16s that I have, brand new, that have some audi part numbers on them. They were apparently a development turbo for the RS6 but nobody can match up the numbers. Doug had them and sent them away but says that they couldn't be fitted to my RS4!! Not sure what to do with them now. More turbos in the Turbo Cupboard......

So does that mean you have a set of new K03s surplus to requirements from you vast collection. I could be very interested in a set for a decent price......
