What about RS4 injectors ?

Surely the std S4 injectors will max out at a certain power. Otherwise why do MRC change them ??

They do max out, but as in the question. The management will need adjusting

When an injector reaches it's max it's effectively open all the time. The ECU will need big changes to run a larger injector

Are you talking about remapping ?

I'm talking about completely changing the engine management system... Autronic, OMEX etc etc

Yes, but you only need to go for larger injectors if going for larger turbo's

You do need to take into account that the tuner will need to be happy with your chosen injector

You can also run larger injectors if you increase your MAF cross sectional area accordingly (without a remap).
I wouldn't recommend this.
