This is the second time mine has stopped working, and I know other people have had this recently on different cars. This is where mine has came apart twice now, its between the airfilter box and bulk head.
Pic here, now clued together with super glue!
(sorry for poor quality photos!)

RE: Rear screen wash stopped working...again.
I let the clue dry for two days to be on the safe side, but it still doesn't work
The pump is pumping, the front washer works, but the rear doesn't! I have held it on for ages and still nothing, but rather worrying this time is the fact that there is no pool of water underneath. I filled the screen wash bottle to the brim and it is being used, but dont know where it is going......I suspect inside the car somewhere!
Does the tube route itself inside the car and along the passenger inside? Any ideas how I can further investigate?
If the screen wash was being pumped into the car I thought it would smell of screen wash inside, it doesn't.
