i heard this last nite from my tuner..was gonna post it but thought i,d wait and see if it was 4real..

Anyone care to speculate on the background to that deal ?

Sounds like they are actually moving from Bicester.

well atleast there nearer to me now..

My guess is that the owner Geoff Everett who has owned the business since 1987 is getting to the age where realising the value of the business by way of a trade sale makes eminent sense. Along comes a "strategic buyer" and it all falls into place.

Pure speculation mind you!

Could be, but I thought he sold out a few years ago. Scott went off to Aus a while back too. Didn't Simon own it last ?

Appears that it was owned 50:50 between Adam Bloch and St Peters House (Nominees) Ltd - so now you know!!

I think this is a really positive move, especially as the location will help some of us nearer London who had to travel to get things done to our cars.

I know the new owner locally who is a decent chap and I am sure the guys will do everything they can to make this a success going forward

Thats quite a change of location! So I wonder how many of the staff will be moving?
