RS6 LUMP WILL IT GO IN S6 V8 ?

WOULD AN RS6 LUMP GO STIGHT INTO S6V8 WITHOUT MODS?

IF YOU NEED MODS WHAT WOULD THEY BE AND WOULD IT BE EXPENSIVE ?

IS THE GEARBOX SAME?
