S3 rear discs and pads

Hi
I need the above soon for the MOT.
Vagparts have quoted me £115 delivered, but found these on eBay.
Anyone know if they will fit or if they are any good? Is it worth upgrading the rears when the front are standard and its just a road car, ie no thrashing...
