Hit a snag this pm. couldn`t fit the hand brake calipers. Hydraulics OK but the handbrake calipers foul the discs. Can only guess that there are two variants using different mounting plates. The ones held on by those Allen headed bolts Disc = 342? mm Also what do those springs do? don`t touch the pads.

Well after 3 weeks Mov`it have sent me the correct mounting plates (they were on holiday for 1 week). Turns out that they didn`t return the original mechanical calipers I`d sent for refurb and repaint and the ones returned require a slightly different mounting plate. Its going together with no snags now. Thanks to flashyg and grizz for practical help in identifying the problem.
PS those springs seem to be there to stop the pins rattling.

Any tips on adjusting handbrake cables flashyg tells me that the adjusters are infront of the back wheels. Had a quick look and think I`ve found them. He added a note of caution difficult to go back if the cables are shortened too much:any more info greatfully received
