If you are getting say Cf of 3 does than mean you are getting a 3 degree timing <beep>? I am sure that can't be the case because all the cylinders have different CFs.
I suppose really my question is when does timing get pulled in relation to CFs

The timing value you read in block 003 is an average of what all cylinders get. So if programmed timing is for instance 24 degrees at 6000 RPM and you get 2 degrees CF on 2 cylinders, it means your average timing will be around 19.3 degrees.
