Wheel adapters

Does anyone know of a company that makes wheel adapters.
My BBS are currently on eBay and have been asked if they will fit a Mk4 Golf. Mk4 Golf have a PCD of 5*100 - so the answer is no, but they have a fairly low ET so could fit with adapters.
The questions is does anyone make 5*100-5*112 adapters ?
