Which ECU and Exhaust / Cat upgrade for an RS4?

Just wondering which ECU and Exhaust upgrades can be recommended for a much loved RS4? I want to keep it quiet but wouldn't mind beating the RS6 I've just got rid of. Based in Cheshire near Manchester. Recommendations please!
