KO4's on an S4

Guys,
I need a bit of advice......
Is the K04 a direct replacement for the K03 in terms of it's fitment? Or will it require a different turbo flange fitment?
Is it definitely an engine out job to replace the turbos or is it possible to drop a mount and pivot the engine?
