Guys, looking at a rear upgrade now...
This is a kit OCT sell for the rear, 312x22mm. I believe these discs are the RS4 standard rear brakes? Can anyone confirm
I would like try and get the kit from OCT without the discs, and try and order the discs locally from Audi to save on shipping costs...

I have that kit fitted,
Its the MTM/Quattro GMBH kit, uses the optional(I think) GMBH rear floating discs from the RS4 upgrade, redrilled to suit the 5x100 stud pattern with little spigot rings to centre the disc on the hub,A std discs bought from Audi wont fit as obviously it is 5x112 fitment.
Also saw these discs on the rear of an RS6 at the Nurburgring at Easter, not sure if they are std or uprated,I'm sure one of the RS6 owners on here can fill you in...

VST,
OCT Tuning can sell me this kit without the discs and brake pads for a good price. OCT said I can purchase RS4 discs from Audi and have them machined to 5x100 as in the picture, what do you think about this?
Shipping RS4 discs to Australia will cost a FORTUNE, if I can get them locally and have them redrilled that would be easier.
Whats the kit like fitting wise? All fine? It uses the standard calipers and also standard brake pads doesnt it??
I have stainless rear lines already, so ill get the kit without pads, lines and discs..

Dunc, ive managed to get the adapter kit only excluding the stainless lines (already have them) excluding pads and excluding the discs for $743 AUD or 460EURO
Just need to redrill the discs to 5x100 pattern and away you go... OCT say its the best upgrade to use with the Porsche kit. Does change brake balance either

Ben, thats a good question
I'll speak to Dog and see what he thinks... I'm sure they aren't cheap. Hope they are no more than the Porsche discs I got for $350AUD each.
Ben, any guesses

No idea, I was just wondering myself as my rear discs have seen better days.
If I find out I'll let you know.
Cheers

looking at the pics of the machined disc's id be worried about the elongated holes and sloppy fitting.
If those holes are indeed the S3 mountings.??
otherwise nice kit! retaining exsisting caliper/pad.

Paul, I hear ya..
But considering its the recommended MTM/Quattro GmBH kit and VST is running it, I think its fine.. It has hubcentric rings to stop it moving around...!
Ill get a price on the RS4 discs also.. Ben, let us know if you find out
Maybe a kind RS4 owner here will sell me some RS4 discs cheap

I thought they are standard RS4 discs? You're right.. RS4 standards are like not 312mm are they, nor are they drilled?
<beep>.
I called Audi Sydney they want $1600 for the two RS4 discs, thats 1000pounds bang on

Just can imagine what GmBH discs are
Where can I find a price for these puppies?
