S3 already runs a KO4 turbo same as RS4

Sounds like a waste of time to me..

I agree.

There are better turbos (performance wise) out there than the standard Audi units Ryan.

get turbo dynamics to make a hybrid version for your car ;-) Nice

There are many, many varieties of K03, K04 etc. Different trims, A/R's, material,
fitments etc. K03 and K04 are really just product group names. Check out one of Borg
Warners sites: www.turbodriven.com. For instance, the S3 used 3 different turbos
depending on the year.

Nice site :D
I take it for the Bi-Turbo cars one part number is for left and one for right.

Didn't later S4's have different turbos?

interesting that the K04 on the S3 doesn't have the same part number as the RS4... hmm - wonder what the differences are?

differnces might be just as simple as mounting flanges etc.. for connecting to exhausts

They will install a blue printed turbine wheel and uprated bearings so increasing gas flow and so improving boost delivery and power 8)

so is this a not too expensive upgrade? ie how much?

Does it require a remap (i guess so)?

Cheers

I thought AMD had been havibg issues with Turbo Dynamics??? (to the extent
they are buying things from Jabbasport)
