What's the cheapest way to get chrome mirrors? Dealers charge a fortune for originals. Does any one make replicas? What aboout getting the originals chromed?

try on ebay and search worldwide for spiegel s4 (spiegel is the German word for Mirror) you will get some returned results. Some results you will be able to 'Buy it now' without having to bid.
be careful with ebay - never pay for your auctions with cash via Western Union (which is untraceable) as you won't be covered by ebay's protection program. Try to use PayPal as it is safer.
