Does anyone have this fitted to a TT or S3?
Its the model in the For Sale forum area.
Does it sound louder than the original, as I don't want to sound like a Golden Arches boy racer?
Does it improve performance?

David,
A 'diverter valve' is not a 'blow-off valve'. Audi engines (the newer ones like yours that is) recirculate the boost air rather than vent to atmosphere, so there should be very little noise when the DV opens. The Forge should be no louder than the Bosch one.
Without going into details, a DV is a compromise between performance and reliability. The stock Bosch valve has a quick response time but poor reliability. The Forge valve MAY have a slower response time but should have much better reliability. Undetected DV failure can cause problems for an engine.

I have one fitted m8 and i cannot tell any difrence from standard. It's supposed to hold boost better !
Also an atmos one can stall the turbo.
It's up to u m8 but frankly i would'nt bother.
