Wheel bearing kits much cheeper than Audi prices

Just thought I'd share this info with those interested.
I needed a new rear wheel bearing on my S4 so I bought from Audi to my usual disgust it's twice the price of any other bearing - £55.
I was kicking myself as I thought damn I should have just called a local bearing supplier. So I did. I gave them the serial No. and manufacturer details which are etched on the bearing.
It didn't help the lad so I told him what it was off. 5mins later he gave me a price of £35 and it would take 3 days to arrive. The kit is the same as that supplied by Audi in that it contains a new driveshaft bolt.
98 S4 (B5) details are:
Rear - Wheel Bearing for S4 Manufacturer SNR No's / letters as written on bearing S or 8? 12399S01 France 03B bearings supplier checked out the bearing is described as a kit 501.
So forget buying from Audi if your in my postition.
PS Audi wanted £250 to carry out this job. It's not easy though tools required.
