It's a very good point Timucin. IMHO the main reason is that the Audi tuners seem to prefer the Movit offering (save for AmD) is maybe because there are better profit margins for a distributor with the Movit than say AP Racing where we the public can go direct Also that Movit offer the correct bell for the floating discs to save you shopping around for somoene to manufacture them for you.
My personal choice for the street/track is the Brembo, which is the original basis of the Porsche/Sportec/Movit. For heavy track use I would seriously consider the AP offering, especially 6 pot water cooled non drilled disc

do you reaily need that much breaking power?
standart brakes on my rs2 is more then i expected....
*just an idea: i am not putting an alternative but ; i had serious breaking problems on one of my previous cars, everybody was talking about ap's alcon's etc believe it or not but i solved the problem with only a set of carbon metallic pads.i ordered race only style composited model,it was a bit noisy until getting hot but after it was skipping the cd....

On trackdays your cars ability is always dictated by the effectiveness of your brakes in 1)stopping very well and 2)not fading after 3 or 4 laps. These upgrades all offer that potential
So......yes
