Brakes and suspension upgrades

Post by Mog » Thu Sep 04, 2003 9:16 pm

Hi all.. thinking of doing the obligatory GMBH brake and suspension upgrade, can anyone tell the costs involved for each and whether or not to go to an Audi dealer, AMD or Kim Collins..

I spoke to Aston Green this afternoon and was told that the parts alone were £4,000..... , and that they weren't approved by Audi UK and could invalidate the warranty, also they could supply but not fit....me thinks they are taking the mick.

Without doubt AmD or Kim Collins are preferable to an Audi dealer!
2001 Silver S4 Avant
AmD remap, APR R1 DVs, APR bipipe, Full Miltek exhaust
H&R coilovers, AWE DTS, Porsche front brakes, Short-shifter, 18" RS4 replicas
Defi-HUD boost gauge / turbo-timer (with afterrun pump modification), Phatbox
