Need secondary air pump filter

Hi Guys. I need the above for my RS6 C5 (06) Had a fault code so went for simple thing 1st. The filter was OK till I tried washing it due to advice on forums. Bad idea it practicality dissolved 
Can't find a replacement anywhere
