Spacers to use on RS4 B8

Post by ChrisNs4 » Mon Sep 27, 2021 9:21 pm

hi folks,

Complete newbie to car mods and looking to add some spacers on the RS4.

The company that I am using to do the wheels, calipers etc have recommended 12mm on the front and 15mm on the rear.

the car is not lowered and on the normal DRC suspension with 20" V spoke alloys.

does this size of spacers sound ok on the B8?

many thanks in advance!

Thanks Brooner!

Just collected the car and I think it doesn’t feel as planted… steering feels a little floaty compared to what it was before.

I’ll give it a few more days and will check the tyre pressures are all ok…

If it persists I may just take them off…

Thanks again Brooner… just checked the tyre pressures and the fronts and rears were about 7/8 psi too low. Just topped with up so hopefully tomorrow will be better!

I’ll get the alignment checked out too
