Help required - Misfire at 5750rpm - 2.0TFSI

My first post :)

Advice needed please:

I have a misfire at 5750rpm which will occur even with the power set as low as 50bhp, albeit very slight. As the power increases the misfire gets more severe, adjusting the fuel from rich to lean, makes no difference. Increased fuel rail pressure makes no difference, whether 100 bar or 150 bar.

Spec:

S3 BHZ engine - 2.0TFSI EA133
S3 injectors
AKS tuning FPRV 165bar - just fitted
AKS recommended spark plugs fitted and tried today.
K04 TTE 420 hybrid turbo
3 inch straight through exhaust - just fitted
Did have the red coil packs, then tried black, then tried Toyota packs - no difference.
changed in tank pump for one capable of 700bhp.
uprated HPFP
ECU changed - no different
Valve springs appear to be the ones without issues, due to the markings.
Custom intake.

When i had the turbo fitted, the tuner said he had a misfire at about 6000rpm, but eventually he claimed he sorted it out. He could only map it to 400bhp because if he turned the boost any higher, he would get a sudden power drop at 6k but the power would come then back in and rev clean. When I drove the car, the misfire was not evident whilst driving, so I am not sure if it was there but masked by good mapping.

Not long after getting the car back off him, I crashed it (long story). The car was rebuilt by a motorsport team, they have since experienced this misfire, which my guess is, was always there.

Any advice greatly appreciated, i would be tearing my hair out if I had any.

The only thing I can think of now is the injectors ?

I've ordered new OEM S3 injectors and the flapper delete kit from AKS tuning. I thought we might as well replace the injectors and while were at it remove the flaps.

The flapper delete kit is £80 at AKS but APR charge £250 !
