Hi all, got it booked in for service & Mot at Audi Swansea. Anyone used them on here, cheers stew

Had service and mot done last Friday 27th at Audi Swansea. Couldn't believe what happened, they damaged front wing in 2 places Deverstated. So that's what you get at your Audi Dealership today.

Hope they are sorting it ?

Audi Victoria left my sump plug loose after a service once. I only noticed becuase it had dripped all over the hot exhaust and I could smell burning oil; thought my oil cooler had gone but found the sump plug not tightened properly.

The previous owner of mine had the same with an Audi dealer in the smoke , dripped oil all over the under tray

Not a good experience and I hope they sort it out for you. Can't go taring all dealers with that big brush though!

Mine was all at camberley bar one and the "one" was the other dealer that cocked up , was nice to see camberley in the history though ( again )

No link with Audi. Did an apprenticeship with a German competitor many moon ago, so know what it’s like on both sides. It's all about the people.
