And does it lock the diff or apply the appropriate brake?

And of course just to be complete in my constant questioning... what about a front diff?
Would a front LSD from say a VW Passat of gear box (which shares the gearbox platform I beleive) fit in the S4?
If noone know I will find out...... oh yes... I will! ;)

I shall reveal all once Ive finfished my research mhhwwaa ha haaa....

It would seem Quaife Do a front LSD..... Interesting ly enough this drag car decided a front is more important that a rear diff..... Make sure you have a pop up blocker if you visit here.... My blocker went mad at this link Sub 10 second s4..... 907hp?

ATB diffs tend to be a little more refined than plate style diffs....

£660 for a front..... pretty good price actually....

My Hunch was right about the a4/passat platform they take the same diff.... but the S4/RS4 6 speed quattro set up takes a different one.....(to the 5 speed)
