Have SO3s on the A4 quattro T Sport, seem grippy especially in the wet, quiet, heaps better than the oem 040s. Not used 02s but had 01s back in the 1990s. May try toyos next. Michelin on the S3, don't think they are particulary good in the wet as it seems fairly easy to get the car to slide.
I am sure that what seems good on one vehicle is not necessarily the same on a differant model and personal likes and preferences also enter into it.

I have the new Michelin Pilot ps2. Two things I have noticed. Much reduced road noise. No tramlining. Haven't tried them in the wet yet, because it hasn't rained.
Standard RS4 (is it the only standard one left?)
