Concensus on Turbo Upgrade?

Right guys, I've been doing some digging around, What is the concensus on Turbo upgrades?
My own opinion is.... If you dont want to change the manifolds, get the KO4 internals upgraded with K16 bits..... or K24 if you want to go mad...

If you DO want to change the manifolds may as well go for a couple of Garret GT28's or something.... What are people's opinions of IHI's etc?
This has been discussen a million times before, hance I have been able to form the above opinion, just thought we'd have a poll....

Looking like if you are wanting to spend money on big power.... looking like the concensus is garrets are the way....
Sensible men obvioulsy opting for the K16 internals.....
As expected.... seems a sensible result.....
Im away to size up some garrets
