You could try ebay.de for new ones if you have no luck. I bought a full set of front control arms (8) + ARB C links for £200.

(This is pooped in here as it is a discussion in RS4 also.
The S4 and A4 Quatro are the same I am keeping it going here for these car owners to be in on the discussion)

I need the old lower arms off some one who is doing the job so I can get the Polly bushes made.
Dealers do not press out bushes.
They will replace the arms in question.
Bobjebb don't worry you will know if you have bush probs. The car will squeak all the time and knock like a B*S..sorry it will knock loudly as metal touches metal as the rubber is failing.
There are awesome solutions with Polly bushes they will make you car handle like no other Rs . It will be transformed from barge to race car handling . The rear LOWER IS THE LAST POLLY PROJECT FOR MY CAR SO IF ANY ONE CAN HELP WITH SOME SCRAP , I can create some awesome solutions for this area.
HELP NEEDED

Ideal response is, a pair of scrap lower arms .

Gordon.

With one pair I can get the bushes fitted then take mine out and pass on to the next person and on to the next and so on with any s4 / Rs4 suspension arms provided .
Lets try to get the parts together and then we have cracked it and serious race car handling is guaranteed .
I have now got serious race car handling and I cannot believe the difference .
2 more arms to go and I am fully pollied.

I'm interested in the 'serious race car handling' aspects but with the mods you've made so far has this made the car as hard as an iron rod - thus feeling all bumps etc?
M3 CSL - Silver Grey, a few options.

no it is superbly balanced and positive it has give but the little squelchy bounce give you a little giggle when you go over cobbles.
I love it, it is so spot on . the turn in is so sharp and yet the suspension does not crash at all like it used to.
The car just grabs the road and throws itself into the corners. i do not miss the old . I just cant wait to do the bottom end on the rear.

I love my car is the main thread and I get very happy now and then (madness) . I know this is silly but life is for living and sharing.,
Hope you are loving yours I will see you tomorrow.
The bushes give a real difference to the front end it is truly a well earned eureka moment where you fell you have actually got rid of something that was not a benefit and only realised after it had gone. Then as a result you have brought the car forward considerably. It is obvious when you drive the changes created but it is also a little strange/ funny actually feeling the bushes do their job especially on very bumpy terrain, not hard just much more responsive and the nylon/ Polly is very obvious.
On I ramble. Hard to explain Sorry
