RS4 B7 brake issue

I just brought a rs4 and its had new discs in jan and when I brake it wobbles so if there fucked is my only option new discs again

Or as mentiuoned earlier in this thread, get them skimmed. Try some hard braking first to try and get rid of the high spots but it depends on hoe long the build has been on the discs,
