The Mov'it ceramics for the RS4 B7 cost a fortune.
Has anyone got these and are they worth the extra moolah over and above a (non-ceramic) upgrade to OEM discs and pads?
Ceramic brakes?
RE: Ceramic brakes?
I've just upgraded from a B6 S4 to a C6 RS6 with ceramic brakes.
I can't testify for the upgrade but I can tell you that it's taken me some serious getting used to the stopping power on the RS6. I can only compare it to getting into a formula 1 car from a road car, you have to re-adjust your mindset completely. Even the adaptive cruise brakes better than the standard S4.
