Stainless Steel brake lines

Post by s8n » Tue Oct 21, 2003 6:57 am

Where would I get them to suit the Porsche 993TT caliper and the Audi S3?

Does AmD sell them seperately???

I gues AmD would sell them, but they are only hoses, surely someone down under can make a set up for you?
Can't beat a bit of boost!

Why not ask Gert about these too

If goodrich already make them for the S3 just quote the part number at him.

All you would need to do is check out the current hose and see how it ataches to the fixed pipework on the body/caliper.

When the 993 calipers are fitted to the porker there is a short metal hose that goes to a support bracket on the strut.
There is then a flexi hose with two female ends going between the strut and inner wing.

Maybe it is the same on the S3 ??

Looks like you might have to make up some short fixed hoses when you get your calipers as I doubt the standard S3 ones would fit...

Cheers,
John.
