Crank Signal Modifiers? Timing <beep> box

Anyone know of such a unit to use on the ME7.1.1 in the RS6? Needed to pull timing when I run Nitrous

BTW, JR is doing the custom tune for me and sending ECU's to Brisbane where a friend can do a BDM upload for me...
