Curious about product trends for you European guys.

I know here in the states what the most popular and sought after stuff is, but what about our brothers across the pond?

Suspension?

Brakes?

Seats?

Exterior?

Wheels?

Also, please feel free to also give some feed back on what you think about STaSIS.

I would say that from the suspensions, most popular (or has best reputation) is the KW, and then H&R. Also Koni is good.

Brakes would be Brembo.

Wheels, there are lot's of very popular, TSW and FK comes forts in mind.

These things also is different in other countries, I guess that in UK or Germany it might be not the same than in Finland.

It would be a good thing to first sort out the shipping etc. i've tried to order some stuff for a few times (not your company TBH) but nobody replies to email.

Atleast that's my experience...

Its a pity cuz the $/euro rating is good at the moment.

We actually deal with the UK a a lot, not to mention Alcon is there. We also deal in many other countries from Japan to South America, so we have a pretty solid handle on the over seas shipping. One big issue is communication. I don't speak German, and neither does anyone else here. That seems to be the other strong language from English so I am working on mastering it. For now trying to format messages into it with a translator just makes us looks stupid.

I am looking into looking a launch program from all of Europe, I have strong contacts in Norway, Sweden, Germany, France, possibly Spain and the UK. If any of you guys have a shop, or are close with a shop and can consider being a dealer it would help a lot.

H&R suspension and Bilstein is gaining popularity with the PSS9s being considered very good. H&R coilovers are the main choice.

Brakes - well all tend to use Brembo 8-pot brakes that come off the RS6 or the newer RS4. Those with these cars sometimes spend silly money on Movit Brakes.

Popular cheaper upgrade is Brembo 4-pots off the Porche's with 330mm brakes (popular on the S4)

Wrong Leon, its more expensive than the C5 RS6 setup

I feel that unfortuantly our choices are limited - as a lot of the tuning companies do not make parts for the RS4 B5 - which points us to a sellect few.

I had this trouble with the ARB's which as I'm going to fit a K & W coilover kit, thought I would get them from K & W - unfortunatly they don't make them so the next best compatable choice was H & R.

Same is with wheels and tyres, but must say that now there are more people stsrting to take note although with only 400 cars sold in Britain there's still not much of a market.

Thats the price we pay for having a rare car.

Went the popular route too....Brembo RS6 brakes with RS4 B7 discs, H&R coilovers and ARBs (really pleased with that set-up).
