RE: tuning
Cool,
Someone will be along to help soon, I am sure.
Can someone also move this to the correct place?

RE: tuning
sorry...first timer here. where should i have posted it? i realize that i have and s4, but my engine is practically and rs4 engine.
RE: tuning
Sounds like you need a custom map, I wouldn't bother with anything else. Speak to some of the US tuning houses, maybe GIAC or Revo, and maybe try to swing something with a feature of your car?

Try www.fourtitude.com Its an american based website and I'm sure you'll find (like Phil has suggested above) guys in your own state to help you out.
RE: tuning
Sounds like your tuner has done lots of traditional ( does that mean old fashoined??) engine tuning but these cars are controlled electronically so to get the best out of the mechanical mods you'll need to get a remap - probably a custom one rather than a stock/off the shelf one ??
Judging by the work that's been done, a custom remap will be the cheapest part of your upgrade programme.
Good luck.
