You want to drive with your indicators permanently on? Not sure what country you are in but I imagine it is probably illegal in many.

I can find a few people asking how to do it but no real instructions.

In the UK mate
But its not the indicators that are flashing its just the orange light of the indicators that stay on.
What about how fast they blink
