RS3 (2016) brake squeal

Hi

8,000 miles on the clock and I seem to have developed a squeal at v.low speed braking eg; coming to a junction, in the driveway
Discs look smooth and no rust (not been standing)

Is this just a side effect of the performance compound (standard audi pads)or should I be checking into it? I used to get the same with EBC road/race compound on a previous car

this is common with the RS brakes the initial cure is bed in the brake if you haven't already done so
this is the method i use https://www.zeckhausen.com/catalog/inde ... =6446_6443
and have had no issues on any my RS4's doing this and i always do this after changing the disks
the squeak my return if you do a lot of slow stop start city driving but with be remedied buy going out and stamping on the brakes a few time to burn off any pad deposit build up

But i would try the above method to rule out any pad deposit build up causing a squeak
